On December 8 and 9, 2001 at the Wembley Conference Centre ( Wembley,
London) accordion greats from all over the world gathered for the First
London Accordion Festival. It was a grand gathering of accordionists which
featured two Gala Concerts:

The musical events included
exhibitions of music, CD's, musical instruments , non-stop concerts from
9.30 to 00.30 with all genres of music from classic to jazz and musette;
from solo accordion to different ensembles and orchestras. It was truly
a world musical panorama!
